Dr. Levin received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and his undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University. Dr. Levin is focused on understanding the root cause of the issues that people face. He uses a variety of approaches to diagnose the cause of the client's difficulty and to implement concrete skills for improving well-being. He sees his clients' struggles as opportunities for creating more freedom and happiness in their lives. Dr. Levin values establishing respectful, supportive, and empowering relationships with his clients. He skillfully creates a safe therapeutic environment by focusing on understanding the client's experience and not judging that experience. Clients often leave sessions with Dr. Levin feeling relieved that at least one person really understands what they are going through. As important as Dr. Levin's diagnostic and therapeutic skills is his deep caring for people. He connects with his clients who know that Dr. Levin truly cares about each person with whom he has the privilege to do this important work.
